About The ProMedia Group

The ProMedia Group is a commercial audiovisual design-build integrator headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with a second office serving the Orlando and Central Florida market. For more than 15 years we have designed, installed, programmed, and supported AV systems for hospitals, universities, corporate campuses, and government facilities across the state.

We are a Top 10 Crestron dealer nationally, an approved TIPS vendor, and members of AVIXA and BICSI. Our team works directly with architects, general contractors, and IT departments from schematic design through commissioning — which is why organizations like AdventHealth, USF Health, Florida State University, Orlando Health, Raymond James, and the City of Largo bring us in as their preferred integrator rather than a one-off installer.
